(Johnson City, Tenn.) – PICOR, an industry leader in bulk material handling and mineral processing, announced this week that PICOR received the order to design, furnish and install a new 8,000 tons per hour (TPH) precision train loading system, including an 8,500 TPH conveyor for Kennecott Energy Company at their Spring Creek Mine in Decker, Montana.

“We are excited to be selected by Kennecott Energy Company for this project, and excited to continue a long-standing relationships with them,” said PICOR President Tony Walker.  “Their company continually looks to improve their facilities with “state of the art” for which they have won awards for their safety, quality and environmental friendliness.  We are proud to be associated with their company.  It is our goal to continually enable our customers to reach their strategic goals by designing and constructing customized material handling and precision loading systems to fit their individual needs.”
